Evan is seven years and five months old. Though the weather was cool and a bit rainy last month, Evan had a sports-filled month. Soccer and baseball were both in full swing, including one stretch of five baseball games in nine days. Though Evan’s baseball team, Robison Oil, is still working on the fundamentals, they got their first win and were close a couple of other games. Evan started a new season of tennis lessons last month, and he helped Mom and Nonna celebrate Mother’s Day. He also went to the St. Patrick’s carnival in Bedford Village and a birthday party.

Wyatt is 63 months (five years and three months) old. The spring activities have kicked into high gear. Wyatt has been busy with soccer and tee ball. Also last month, Wyatt went to some birthday parties and helped Mom and Nonna celebrate Mother’s Day. Katonah Playcare staged its annual art show, and Wyatt had quite a few works on display. Wyatt spent time outside enjoying the spring weather, and he went to the church carnival in Bedford Village.

Evan is 88 months (seven years and four months) old. Evan was busier last month. Right after getting back from the Spring Break trip to Florida, Evan and family celebrated Easter. Later in the month, Evan took two different trips to Manhattan to visit Nonna and Granddad. Evan started the new season of Bedford Youth Soccer, finished his indoor baseball clinic at Pro Swing, and started the new season of Little League. More sports pictures will appear next month. Last month’s big event at school was the first grade musical, “Community Soup.” Evan played one of the narrators. There was a performance for some of the other grades at school and another for friends and family. Everyone enjoyed seeing Evan onstage.

Wyatt is 62 months (five years and two months) old. Wyatt was busy last month. For Spring Break, the family took a vacation to Tampa, Florida. Pictures from that trip are in the previous post. Immediately after that was Easter. There was a family dinner and an egg hunt. Later, Wyatt took two trips to New York to visit Nonna and Granddad, he started his first soccer season with Bedford Youth Soccer, and he started getting ready for the upcoming tee ball season. There was also a birthday party to attend, and Wyatt spent time with friends in and out of school.

Evan and Wyatt were off from school for Spring Break, so the family took a vacation to Tampa, Florida. The boys enjoyed spending time with Abuelo and Abuela. Other highlights were visits to Legoland in Winter Haven and Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in Tampa. The boys also had a brief swim in the hotel pool. Everyone had a good time in spite of not being in perfect health.

Evan is 87 months (seven years and three months) old. Most of last month was quiet. Evan went to school and played with friends. He finished his indoor soccer clinic and started an indoor baseball clinic to prepare for the start of the Little League season next month. Last week, Evan went to Tampa, Florida for Spring Break. Pictures from that trip will appear in the next post.

Wyatt is 61 months (five years and one month) old. A little over a month ago, Wyatt went with the family on a ski trip to Okemo in Vermont. Everyone had a great time and skied well. A few pictures from that trip didn’t make it into last month’s post and are included here. On Wyatt’s birthday, a few family members visited for pizza and cake. Other than that, last month was relatively quiet. Wyatt went to school and played with friends, including some time outside thanks to unseasonably warm weather.

Evan is 86 months (seven years and two months) old. Last month was full of fun and parties. The biggest was a birthday party for Evan and Wyatt at Rockin’ Jump. Everyone had a great time. The very next day, Evan and Wyatt attended four more parties. It was a weekend full of pizza and cake. There were even more parties on the weekends before and after. Another highlight was Valentine’s week. Evan celebrated at school with a pancake breakfast in the morning. Both Mom and Dad helped with the pancakes. Later in the classroom, Evan had treats and exchanged cards with his friends. Evan had off school the next week for Winter Break. He spent some time with friends and skied in Connecticut and spent 3-1/2 days at Okemo Mountain, near Ludlow, Vermont. At Mohawk Mountain, Evan took his first group ski lesson. At Okemo, Evan rode most of the green and blue trails and explored the features in the two smaller terrain parks.

Wyatt is five years old. Happy Birthday, Wyatt! The past month was all about celebrations. The most notable was a birthday party for Wyatt and Evan at Rockin’ Jump. Everyone had a great time. The very next day, Wyatt and Evan attended a total of FOUR parties. It was a weekend full of pizza and cake. And there were more parties on the weekends before and after. Also this month, Wyatt played in the snow that was around briefly and skied in Connecticut and Vermont. Pictures of the latter trip will be posted next month. At Mohawk Mountain, Wyatt took his first group ski lesson. Wyatt also really enjoyed giving and receiving Valentines last month.

Evan is 85 months (seven years and one month) old. Last month Evan celebrated his seventh birthday. He opened gifts at home, saw a movie, and went to a holiday party with friends. Other events included the New Year and the holiday break. Over the break, Wyatt and Evan went to see their first Broadway show in New York, ‘School of Rock.’ A couple of days later, they saw the Big Apple Circus for the first time thanks to Nonna and Granddad. Evan helped Granddad celebrate his birthday, went to the train show at the New York Botanical Garden, and spent time with friends. Evan went skiing at Mohawk Mountain for the first time this winter, and was finally able to play in the snow at home after the blizzard of 2016 left about ten inches of snow.
