Wyatt is 91 months (seven years and seven months) old. Late August and the first half of September were very busy. Wyatt and family ended the summer with a trip to Sag Harbor on eastern Long Island for a few days of sun and fun. Then Wyatt went to the U.S. Open tennis tournament for the first time. Next was an overnight camping trip at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. The boys helped Dad celebrate his birthday on Labor Day with a quiet day indoors, then school started the next day. Because of the school holiday schedule, Wyatt was able to get in a few more days of fun, including a trip to Grand Prix NY and an afternoon at an apple orchard. At school, the second graders had their first field trip of the year, to SoundWaters in Stamford, CT to learn more about the Long Island Sound. Away from school, the Bedford Bears hockey season started. There were several early morning practices and games as well as a few practices in the evening. Team White #1 is off to a 1-1 start.
