In October, Wyatt was 104 months (eight years and eight months) old. The highlight of October was Halloween. There was a party at a friend’s house, a costume parade and classroom party at school, and trick-or-treating on Halloween night. Intermittent rain did not dampen the festive mood.

The fall baseball season ended in October. Wyatt’s team did not win any games, but the young team learned a lot, and Wyatt developed his pitching skills. Also in October sports, Wyatt’s Bedford Bears hockey team continued a winning streak that started the second week of the season.
